‘Maps of Iona’ free online event (Zoom & Facebook Live), Monday 24 October, 7:30pm–8:30pm
A free online event run by the ‘Iona’s Namescape / Ainm-thìr Idhe’ project team at the University of Glasgow. Join us live online for a talk on historical maps of Iona, for the launch of an exciting new initiative giving you the chance to create your own maps of Iona and to have your say on local place-names.
You can join the online event in two different ways: to attend via Zoom you will first need to register here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/maps-of-iona-tickets-443146110947. Once you have registered, you will receive a link which allows you to join the Zoom call.
